Benner's Deer Fencing
Benner’s Deer Barrier is seven and one-half foot high black polypropylene plastic mesh fencing. It is attached to existing trees, and pulled tight from tree to tree with spans of up to 30 feet between trees.
Preventing Slugs
Over the long term, a good slug and snail defense is simply keeping the planted areas on your property where they are likely to lurk cleaned up. While mulch is desirable as winter protection for plants, if possible, rake up and discard the existing mulch that may harbor slug eggs.
