Insect Traps
Insect traps are designed to deal with specific species of insects. While some trapping systems will trap more than one type of insect, usually you want to be looking for a trap with the name of the insect you are battling on the label; e.g. aphid trap or fly trap.

Yellow Sticky Traps
Yellow sticky traps will catch plenty of small pest insects such as aphids, white flies and fungus gnats. When inserted in the soil or hung on a plant that is continually troubled by aphid or whitefly attack, they attract the little pests and kill them.

Yellow Jacket Traps
While yellowjackets are part of the normal population of insects in residential yards, they become major pests from July through mid-September when their natural food supply becomes scarce. Always place traps from 30 to 50 feet away from human activity to lure yellowjackets away from the vicinity.
