Minnesota gardeners find fresh produce at their local garden centers. Minnesota consumers are demanding more and more fresh produce and local garden centers have responded by adding seasonal fresh produce to the list of products they offer.

One of the most important factors to growing healthy vegetable plants is to make sure the soil is loose and drains well. Many gardeners get a jump on the planting season by starting their crops indoors, weeks in advance of this date.
