Preventing Carpenter Ants
The best way to protect your home and property from carpenter ants is to have healthy trees with no decayed parts. If you store firewood or any other lumber for that matter, it should always be stored away from the house and inspected from time to time for any evidence of carpenter ants.
Soil And Plant Roots
They anchor the plant; they store food and water; and they take in and transport water and nutrients from the soil to the rest of the plant. Channels left by dead roots bring water and oxygen down to the microorganisms living in the soil.
Trellis Netting
This netting has a 60 lb. breaking strength that will support extremely heavy crop loads. The netting is 5 feet wide and comes in lengths of fifteen feet or thirty feet.
Identify Bats
They can consume large quantities of insects, with some eating up to one-third their body weight in one hour. They both roost in buildings, and the big brown bat will occasionally fly during warm winter spells and make sudden appearances in a house.
How Roots Work
They anchor the plant; they store food and water; and they take in and transport water and nutrients from the soil to the rest of the plant. Channels left by dead roots bring water and oxygen down to the microorganisms living in the soil.
